Michael Antipov was born on the 10th of June 1997. He started playing chess when he was 5 and a half years old, watching the kids playing in the kindergarten. At the age of 6 he started training with the coaches Negrustueva Lubov Sergeevna and Chernyj Victor Arkadievich at the Young Pioneers Palace on Vorobiev Hills. Now Michael is trained by Dolmatov Sergey Viktorovich. His greatest accomplishments are the third place in the Russian Championship 2007, the fourth place in the European Championship and the second place in the World Championship in the age group up to 10. Nowadays Michael doesn’t play in the tournaments for children, he masters his skills in chess equally with adults.
Current FIDE raiting is 2194.
